Position Summary
Keesler Federal Credit Union is in search of a talented executive to join its team as the Chief Financial Officer. This skilled individual will be responsible for maintaining the credit union’s financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to the organization’s strategic planning initiatives. Responsible for all functions within the Accounting and Information Technology departments, this executive will establish and uphold goals in order to maintain the credit union’s financial health and assist in the organization’s growth. By exploring financial conditions and their impact on the institution, the Chief Financial Officer will work closely and serve as a resource to the CEO and Board of Directors in determining both long term and short term goals for the credit union. This position requires working with examiners and auditors to ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with established legal, regulatory, and credit union procedures. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of management experience within the financial services industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
