Position Summary
Greylock Federal Credit Union is in search of a President/Chief Executive Officer with a proven track record of success to lead and provide a strategic vision for the future of the credit union. The incoming President/Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for establishing short-term and long-range objectives while creating a collaborative engagement with the staff, Management and Board of Directors. This individual will ensure continued excellence of service to its membership, while representing the credit union within the community and other activities as designated by the credit union. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. A Bachelor’s degree plus ten to fifteen years’ experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry is required. Master’s degree preferred.

Nestled in the forests and hills of Western Massachusetts are Berkshire County and the scenic community of Pittsfield. The area, abundant in history, artistry and culture, is home to Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Colonial Theater, which dates back to the early 1900s.
